Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Cosmo Numerology Pte Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By booking, purchasing or using our consulting or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide consulting, coaching and educational guidance to help clients launch and grow ecommerce businesses in the “new‑age” category. We do not provide legal, financial or medical advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your contact and billing details current.

3. Bookings, Payments & Invoices

• Bookings. Strategy calls and packages are scheduled by mutual agreement. We may use third‑party scheduling and payment processors.
• Fees. Fees are stated before purchase and may be subject to taxes. Prices may change prospectively.
• Payment Processing. Payments are securely processed by third‑party providers; we do not store full card data.
• Invoices. We issue invoices or receipts electronically.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Single sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking are refundable in full.
• For multi‑week packages, you may cancel within the first 7 calendar days for a pro‑rated refund of undelivered work.
• Outside of the above, fees are non‑refundable once Services are delivered or commenced.
• No‑shows may be treated as delivered sessions at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your implementation decisions, compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, and for obtaining independent legal/financial advice as needed.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in our frameworks, templates, training materials and deliverables. Subject to full payment, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use deliverables internally for your business. You may not resell, sublicense or publicly distribute our materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non‑public information confidential and use it only for performing or receiving the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Testimonials & Marketing

With your consent, we may reference your brand name and high‑level results as a testimonial or case study. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and (b) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience on written notice for future services. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) will survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
